Paleo Newport Clam Chowder
I’ve been a huge fan of the Clarke Cooke House’s clam chowder for as long as I can remember. There’s something so elegant about this chowder - it’s not thick like most chowders I’ve had which allows the clams to be the star of the soup as opposed to getting hidden in thick cream. As always, I’ve made this a tiny bit healthier with coconut cream instead of milk. This is divine and couldn’t be easier!
