Keto Fudgy Brownies (w/ a Paleo option!)
My sister Bri and I have been searching high and low for a yummy brownie recipe that compares to the Betty Crocker ones we used to make as a kid. After trying a few online unsuccessfully, we picked our favorite one (original recipe here) that is super fugdy and delicious. They are great topped with a scoop of coconut ice cream or even some of my favorite buttercream frosting for a truly decadent treat.
The key to these brownies is to NOT overcook them. Remember that sweeteners like Xylitol, Allulose and Monkfruit all take longer to harden so it’s best to err on the side of under-done to avoid overcooking them which can kill the end result.
